Our Homeowners' Association exists to preserve, protect and improve the quality of our village by maintaining the appearance and safety of the neighborhood. To do so we have an owner-elected Board of Directors whose five members voluntarily serve as our representatives in making decisions to maintain the condition of neighborhood, as dictated by our bylaws and Florida state law.
